Might have been an off day the one time I went. Cart was a mess... Full of trash from previous user. The course was in pretty descent shape, though a few of the greens were so wet they were draining and the cups were full of water. It's a 9-hole course, most holes are pretty straight. There is enough elevation change and blind shots to challenge a golfer even on multiple rounds. The price ($27) included a cart and I was told I could play all day for that fee.
