This place is struggling.

The course is short, but it is no play thing. It's tough. Put your ball in the right places, put it on the green and be prepared for undulating slopes. The fairways are tight. Course is in good shape.

Course is challenging but not excessively long. Fair setup with greens that have had their upkeep improved lately (summer 2017). Clubhouse lacks a grill and real "19th hole" setup.

Tough course, but fun and in pretty good shape. Greens are working their way back to great shape after being redone awhile back

The greens are terrible. The course is obviously under improved maintenance and management, but the current conditions don't warrant full price.
