Clubhouse isn't much to speak of at all. Not a dump by any means, but basically just a large trailer. Person at counter was very friendly. Course wasn't crowded at all on Labor Day holiday. Course is in great shape. Fairways and greens seem to be nicely maintained. Layout of the course is interesting and there are some very scenic holes, especially on the back. A couple holes would be nice to have played previously and known the layout. Things that need improvement - scorecard is very basic. Would be nice if it showed the hole layout and some distances. A picture layout of the hole on a marker at the tee box would help as well. 150 yard markers are non existent (or at least not noticeable). Cart paths are mostly either dirt, some crushed gravel, or just grass. Only a few areas is the cart path paved. Kind of gives the course a "cheap" feel to it. But, all in all, definitely worth the money and some place I'd go back in a heartbeat.

Great holes above and along the water. Harbor's front 9 is more than fair and generous, so get comfortable because the back 9 is going to require accuracy, concentration, and patience.

Not a difficult course from the blue tees but you will almost certainly need a round or two to understand where to play and how best to play some of the holes. For example, the fifth and tenth are reachable par 5s. The fourth and fifteenth aren't and you really should play those holes just for position of your third shot. On the Saturday we played some of the blue tees were moved up which is unfortunately a common practice at many courses on the weekends for pace of play.
