its a cow pasture in terms of fairways with uneven lies and bare spots, however greens were in good shape.

Fun homey excellent place to play a nice round of golf. Not to difficult and not too easy. Greens in great shape and fairways in good shape relative to this year's dry conditions. Great value and really nice people in the clubhouse and on the course.
